Summary
SiteHaul is a tool for logging jobsite truck activity and exporting records. You are responsible for verifying all entries and using the information appropriately.
Data, exports, and backups
Your jobsite logs stay on your device. SiteHaul stores jobsite records locally on your iPhone or iPad. We do not operate servers that store your jobsite logs, and we do not receive or keep your entries unless you choose to share them with us (for example, by emailing an exported file for support).
You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important records. Exports (including CSV files) are provided as a convenience and may contain errors or omissions if entries were entered incorrectly or your device time/settings are inaccurate.
No warranties
SiteHaul and this website are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SiteHaul (and its owners, operators, and affiliates) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the app or site.
If liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our total liability for any claim will be limited to the amount you paid for the app (if any) during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

SiteHaul does not provide legal, accounting, tax, safety, or other professional advice. Any examples, summaries, or guidance are for general information only.
Third‑party services
The app and website may rely on third‑party services (for example, app stores, device operating systems, email providers, or hosting). We are not responsible for third‑party services, their availability, or their actions.
