Key point: your data stays local

SiteHaul does not require an account and we do not run a cloud database for your jobsite logs. We do not receive or store your jobsite log entries on our servers. All jobsite entries you create in the app are stored locally on your iPhone or iPad.

Information you enter

You may enter information such as jobsite names, companies, truck numbers, plates, IN/OUT times, and notes. This information is used only to operate the app (for example, to show your log, stats, and exports).

Exports and sharing

If you export a CSV or share data from SiteHaul, the information goes to the destination you choose (for example: Files, email, AirDrop, or another app). Once shared, that destination or provider may handle the data under their own privacy policies.

Backups (controlled by your device settings)

Depending on your iOS settings, your device may include SiteHaul data in device backups (for example, iCloud Backup or a computer backup). These backups are controlled by you and your Apple account, not by SiteHaul.

Support communications

If you contact us for support, we will receive the information you choose to send (such as your email address and the contents of your message). We use that information only to respond and provide support. Please avoid sending sensitive information you do not want shared.

Third-party services

App distribution and purchases are handled by Apple (App Store). We do not receive your payment card details. Your use of Apple services is governed by Apple’s policies.

Deleting your data

Because your jobsite logs are stored locally on your device, you control deletion. You can remove records in the app, and you can remove all local app data by deleting the app from your device. If your device backups include SiteHaul data, you can manage backups in your iOS settings.

Changes

If we make changes to this policy, we will update this page. If we ever add optional cloud features in the future, we will update this policy before those features apply.
